Where Is My Order?
If you haven’t received your order within the stated delivery time, please don’t worry.
International orders can get delayed in customs, so we do have to allow up to 35 working days for a parcel to be delivered.

Why Can’t I Track My Order?
Did you choose a tracked option when checking out? If not, it is unlikely that your order was sent using a trackable service.
If you did choose and pay for tracking, but you can’t track your order, please contact Customer Services at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will assist you with an update on your order.
Why Haven’t I Had A Confirmation Or Dispatch Email?
Sometimes confirmation and dispatch emails filter through to the Spam or Junk folder in your email inbox.

Why Doesn’t My Order Show In My Account?

Orders will only show in your account if you were logged into your account at the time of placing the order.

Can I Return My Products?

Do I Need To Pay Postage If I Return An Item?
Yes, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

Are The Clothing Sizes In EU Sizes or US Sizes?

If I Change The Currency To USD Will That Also Change The Sizes To US Sizes?
We currently only feature EU sizes on our products. Changing the currency does not change any other features on the website.
Can I Change My Order After Placing It?
No, but please email us at email@example.com about it as soon as possible.
We will cancel your order if it hasn’t yet been dispatched. You can then place a new order for the required new / correct items.
