Helping me fuel my body

I have no idea on the correct way to fuel myself and my skills in the kitchen are poor. This book has an explanation of what the types of meals ie Breakfast, snacks are going to contribute and also a simple recipe that even I can follow. It has helped me keep fueled for the ride and some of the snacks have been stolen by the rest of the family
