Taxes & Duties
Play Sports Network dispatches all orders from our UK warehouse and is IOSS registered; this means that VAT is collected for orders dispatched to countries within the European Union under €150 value. Please be aware that additional tax and customs charges may still apply to your order, regardless of its value. Please check with your local Customs authority for the latest rates before placing an order as we have no control over these additional charges and will be unable to reimburse you.

Further Information
We always ship orders as quickly as possible, but there may be delays over busy periods. All orders placed after midday Monday to Friday will ship the next business day. All orders are sent via our choice of courier and we may change the courier we use without notice, although the level of service will be equivalent.
If your order includes a 'pre-order' item then the whole order will be held until the pre-order item is in stock and the whole order can be shipped.
If you're away from your address when delivery is attempted our courier will put a card through your door allowing you to either re-book a delivery or collect from your local sorting office. Play Sports Network Ltd reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee to resend if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery for any reason.
Orders sent via a Tracked & Signed service are done so for extra security and peace of mind. If the recipient opts to have their parcel left in a nominated safe place or left without a signature this is entirely the responsibility of the recipient. If the parcel is lost we, the sender, can accept no liability for any loss or damage to the parcel.
Delivery errors (e.g. wrong items included in your order) must be reported within 14 days of date of delivery. All orders are checked and double-checked before leaving our warehouse.
If you are a UK customer and you have not received your order within 7 days of dispatch you must notify us within these 7 days. If you notify us after 7 days have passed we will not be held responsible for its location and may not be able to claim for the parcel if lost or stolen.
If you receive your parcel in poor or damaged condition or have items missing you must keep all outer packaging so that the courier can collect the box for their own investigation. Any damaged boxes must be signed for as 'damaged' on delivery. Where possible sign with the word 'damaged + your name' in the signature box. You may be asked to send us photos of the damaged packaging and/or product. Photographic evidence helps us ensure the issue is dealt with quickly.
